RealMovieNews.com has reviewed the Children of Men DVD. Although they give the movie itself a 5 out of 5 the DVD extras received only a 2 out of 5. I really can’t fault them for the low rating - the DVD itself has only 1 special feature, a short feature with Alfonso Cuarón, producer Eric Newman, camera operator Frank Buono, stunt coordinator Steve Dent and stars Clive Owen, Julianne Moore and Chiwetel Ejiofor in which they discuss the long takes and unique techniques used in Children of Men.

With only a very short featurette, the DVD treatment of ‘Children of Men’ doesn’t really do justice to what it a brilliant movie. This was a film crying out for bonus features and the lack of anything substantial will disappoint fans of the movie.
